Dashboard API (port 3100)

This is not the web dashboard. The Next.js UI runs on port 3000.

• Open dashboard UI → http://localhost:3000
• Trading page
• Open API docs (Swagger)
• GET /health (JSON)

If you still see errors here, rebuild the dashboard-api image so this route is included.
